Who we are

Bark n' Bliss Accessories, a sole trader based in York, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@barknbliss.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the order form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the details of the piece you would like — product, quantity, size and colours, plus any notes you add.

What we do with it

It is sent straight to us by email so we can reply to you about your order.It is not stored in a database on this website. We keep the email for as long as we need it to deal with your order and any follow-up, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and the form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. Email is delivered through our email provider. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you individually.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@barknbliss.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk.
