How ordering works

Sending the order form is an enquiry, not a purchase, and nothing is charged at that point. We will reply to confirm the colours, the fit and the total. A contract is only formed once we have both agreed the details and you have paid.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is quoted separately when we confirm your order.

Making and delivery

Made to order — allow up to 2 weeks. We will give you a realistic date when we confirm the order.

Cancelling and returns

Every piece is braided to your own specification, so under the Consumer Contracts Regulations the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply once work has started on a bespoke item. You can cancel free of charge at any point before we begin.

This does not affect your legal rights. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Safe use

Rope leads and collars are walking equipment, not tethering or restraint equipment. Check the hardware and splices regularly for wear, and never leave a dog unattended wearing a slip collar.
